Honduras Marcala La Paz

Honduras may be one of the poorest countries in the western hemisphere, but their coffees are fantastic and we are happy to pay high prices for them. Our new Honduras Marcala is a well balanced coffee with a medium body that lingers on your tongue. We roasted it to around second crack, making it a medium roast.
