We are happy to introduce our very own Daylight in the Swamp! Breakfast Blend. This blend was named as a tribute to the cooks or "cookies" at the logging camps that used to cover most of northern Wisconsin in the late 1800s and early 1900s.
According to legend, "cookies" sent the lumberjacks out to work after breakfast by yelling "Daylight in the swamp!". This saying came from the idea that cutting the enormoous white pines
was letting daylight into the swamps.
Our Daylight Blend is medium roast with notes of dark chocolate, wine, oak, raisin, and a nice smooth body.
