Located just outside of Wausau, WI, New Roots Coffee Company roasts its coffees in a German-built Probat L-12 that roasts no more then 20 pounds at a time. Each batch is nurtured to the point at which it shines. We hope you enjoy it!
Sustainability and New Roots Coffee
We work very hard at sourcing green coffee that is fairly traded and grown in a sustainable manner. We only roast specialty grade coffees that are both unique and spectacular in the cup. We are happy to pay premium prices for this quality that makes our coffees stand out in a world of mediocrity. Coffee farmers win because they get a livable price for the hard work and you win because you get a delightful cup of coffee.
We also use compostable cups, straws and wraps, heat our roasting facility with local wood and support the use of of wind energy through Wisconsin Public Service's Naturewise program.
